I heard about this test from Dave Pascoe’s website. This particular test measures the nutrients in your white blood cells. SpectraCell claims this test is superior as the values represent a 3-6 month average vs a snapshot style test.
2024 Results:
4 functional deficiencies, 11 borderline deficiencies. 18/33 (54%) Markers in optimal range
After meeting with Dr. Bartlett (metabolab) to discuss the results. She created a custom multi-vitamin formulation that addressed all of my deficiencies. This multi-vitamin is compounded by VitaminLab in Canada. This formulation has significantly higher dosages of certain compounds that are not easily obtainable via commercial supplements.
She also recommended that I have my intracellular NAD levels checked as NAD plays a critical role in the metabolism.
